Friendly and polite staff, providing really good service. The comfortable room was clean, and there was a good selection of vegetarian options on the menu. While the bed was a bit hard for my liking, and I found the WiFi connection intermittent at times, the overall atmosphere was cute and warm were nice.

Had a lovely stay with my family, enjoying our meals outside and the comfy beds in our twin room. The outdoor garden area was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The live music added a nice touch. Only downside was that some menu items weren't available during our dinner, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. 🌟

But finding a Yorkshire pudding with my vegetarian meal was a drama! Seriously, they need to step up the hospitality game a tad.

Room was more like a mini-suite, really spacious and modern! Enjoyed the beautiful food in the restaurant too.

missingWrote a review on 13 Augnoise disturbance
The overall vibe of the place veers towards tired and in need of a facelift. There's a significant noise issue due to nearby trains and kitchen units, which makes it tough to catch some quality sleep. Bedside charging options weren't available, forcing modern travelers into a bind. Breakfast felt rushed, especially when the kitchen ran out of granola, and the absence of coffee pots during busy times left a bit of a sour note.
